Workshop Supervisor

We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in leading our execution team. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, this position requires someone who can provide clear guidance and support to ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency are upheld to the highest standards, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Roster:  8 Days 6 Off 12.5hrs, 7 nights on and 7 off (Additional Hours Allowance & Shift Allowance)

Location: Welshpool, WA

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage work orders effectively
  • Ensure strict adherence to plans
  • Meet WesTrac’s productivity targets
  • Comply with Caterpillar and customer requirements
  • Provide exemplary leadership to the Rebuilds Execution team
  • Oversee all aspects of safety, training, coaching, and task allocation
  • Manage WesTrac trades, non-tradespersons, and contractors
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment

 

Skills and Experience:

  • HD Mechanical Trade Qualificaiton
  • Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management
  • Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Proven experience in delivery workorders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management
