Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, the Mechanical Supervisor is responsible to lead the execution team by providing guidance to team members ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are of the highest standard resulting in high customer satisfaction.
 
The role is accountable for effective work order management, ensuring high compliance to plan to achieve WesTrac’s targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar and Customer requirements.
 
This is managed by demonstrating effective Leadership with the entire Rebuilds Execution team, across all aspects of safety, training, coaching and task allocation including WesTrac trades, non-tradespersons and contractors.
  
Location: Rebuilds - Welshpool
 
Roster: 5 Days 2 Off 10.5hrs 2 weeks of days 1 week of nights (Additional Hours Allowance & Shift Allowance)
 
To be successful the following is required: 
•    HD Mechanical Trade Qualificaiton
•    Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management.
•    Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload.
•    Highly developed organisational skills.
•    Proven experience in delivery workorders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management.
•    Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac’s SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
