The Machine Rebuilds workshop at Welshpool, WA aims to provide high-quality, cost-effective rebuild and repair solutions for Caterpillar equipment, ensuring extended service life and optimal performance for the mining industry. We focus on delivering reliable, safe and efficient rebuild services that meet or exceed OEM standards, minimising downtime and maximising productivity for our clients. We specialise in Caterpillar certified Rebuilds, Powertrain Component rebuilds & customer specific rebuilds providing a range of options to better suit our customers.

 

Your new role as a Trade assistant within our Machine Rebuilds department will be to assist the maintenance, stripping and reassembling of our large mining equipment.  


Roster: 7D7O7N7O - 12hr shifts + 30min break


To be successful the following is required: 

  • Proven experience of Trade Assistant work is essential

  • Forklift License and dogging licence is advantageous 

  • Good attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Previous use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's will guide you to success in this role
