Reporting to the Rebuilds Operations Support Manager, the Service Advisor Supervisor for Machine Rebuilds is responsible for managing workload allocation and overseeing a team of Rebuild Service Advisors (RSAs). This role is essential for driving leads/opportunities and supporting the process to win work. This role is responsible for ensuring the RSA team delivers high-quality results that are timely, accurate, competitive and profitable.

The team consists of technical experts who provide preliminary and final scopes of work, quotations, variation estimates, part listings (BOMs), and essential information to stakeholders. This ensures the safe and efficient rebuild of equipment within the department. The Service Advisor Supervisor needs to support this team for success and bring the passion to win work and provide solutions to grow the Rebuilds business across WesTrac WA.

We seek a driven leader who excels in crafting informed and compelling sales pitches, is proactive in pursuing leads, and is willing to visit customer sites alongside technical experts to enhance our already proficient team.

 

Occasional site travel is required as a part of this role’s duties.

 

Location:  Welshpool, WA

Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)

 

To be successful the following is required: 

  • Trade Qualification or similar in the field of Plant Mechanics, HD Auto Electrical
  • Leadership Experience
  • Extensive experience with Caterpillar products and proficient with Caterpillar SIS 2.0
  • Experience with Pricing and planning systems and tools (MS Project, Smart Sheet, Uptake, Excel, IDS)
  • Experience in project management with sound stakeholder management strategies
  • Proven time management skills
  • Sound conflict resolution and negotiation skills are a must for this role
  • A team building skill set and the ability to network between teams effectively is essential
  • Proven experience in development of teams and individuals
