Reporting into the Rebuilds – Operations Support Manager, the Rebuilds Support Analyst will join the Welshpool branch on a full-time 12-month contract / secondment basis. The Rebuilds Support Analyst is responsible for improving reporting, plan & estimate accuracy and capacity insights at Welshpool Rebuilds—supporting advisors with useful data insights across multiple tools and platforms, aligning forecasts with workshop capacity, and enabling smarter planning to help secure more work.

 

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed term contract

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri, 8.5Hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: Welshpool, WA

 

What you’ll do:

  • Improve and maintain accurate reporting on rebuild progress and capacity at Welshpool
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop tools and reports to support accurate quoting and efficient work order management
  • Align machine forecasts with workshop capacity to uncover new business opportunities
  • Support Service Advisors in navigating complex data and building reliable project estimates
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver key rebuild projects and strategic initiatives
  • Promote safety by identifying hazards and contributing to a culture of accountability

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in data analysis or optimisation within relevant industries
  • Proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and experience with Snowflake or large data environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage big data sets
  • Understanding of CAT systems (e.g., SIS) and familiarity with equipment-based reporting
  • Proven ability to identify improvement initiatives and drive results through data insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
