Are you ready to take your technical knowledge to the next level? Our Rebuilds Service Advisors are the first point of contact to scope and win Rebuild work for WesTrac. We are looking for a Mechanical and an Electrical Rebuild Adviser to join our knowledgeable and welcoming team.
Reporting to the Rebuilds Service Advisory Supervisor, the Rebuilds Service Advisors are accountable to work with customers, both internal and external, to scope and price work for the Rebuilds workshop based in Welshpool. This includes developing quotations/estimates for a wide range of Cat Mining equipment, reviewing part listings to enable safe and efficient rebuild of equipment. We work with our Sales Teams to advise customers on rebuild options, to understand and meet customer expectations. We also work closely with our Execution teams on variations to scope, refining future quotes and providing support when required. Occasional site travel is required as a part of this role’s duties.

Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)
To be successful the following is required:
- Trade Qualification relevant to role requirements
- Leadership or mentor experience
- Experience with Caterpillar products
- Experience or interest in working with Customers
- Experience with Pricing and planning systems tools (SIS, Excel, PSQ)
- Time management and the ability to prioritise
- Sound conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- A team building skill set and the ability to network between teams effectively is essential.
