HD Plant Mechanic Specialist

We are on the lookout for qualified Heavy-Duty Mechanical Specialists for Machine Rebuilds. The role is accountable for the completion of all aspects of rebuilds and repairs across a varied fleet of Caterpillar machines.

 

7/7 Roster - $181,872 - $189,727

(Inclusive of Superannuation and dependent on experience. 7 days, 7 off, 7 nights, 7 off, 12.5 hours per day inclusive of a 30-minute lunch Break)

 

  • Ditch the early morning flights and stay in Perth!
  • 7x7 in Perth, be home every night!
     

The specialist will ensure that all replacements and repairs are carried out with the intention of rebuilding customer CAT fleets to extend their life and improve productivity. In addition, there is the opportunity to mentor & coach lesser-skilled technicians and apprentices whilst working on trade-related activities.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant HD Mechanical trade qualification with advanced diagnostic skills
  • Experience working on CAT mining machinery
