Administrator - Project Support

Reporting to the Branch Manager – Project Support Group, the Project Administrator plays a key role in delivering high-level administrative support to the designated area, store, team, or branch.

 

Roster:  Mon – Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal breaks)

Location: Welshpool, WA

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage site mobilisation requirements, including accurate timesheet entry and induction coordination
  • Provide high-level administrative support across designated areas, stores, teams, and branches
  • Coordinate team logistics, such as rosters, training matrices, and departmental audits (Safety, Quality, CPS, CC)
  • Oversee work order administration, labour tracking, purchase orders, and warranty claims
  • Maintain inventory control, including safety gear (PPE), uniforms, and office supplies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely payments
  • Support various branches and locations with additional administrative tasks as required

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication—interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service with ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Advanced computer literacy—proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
