About the Opportunity
WesTrac is seeking an organised, customer‑focused Part Sales Coordinator to join our Wagga Wagga branch. In this frontline role, you’ll support customers, technicians, and internal teams by ensuring they receive the right parts, at the right time, with exceptional service.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in parts identification, quoting, order processing, and inventory coordination. You’ll manage a high volume of enquiries across counter, phone, and email channels, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and a critical link between our warehouse, service, and product support teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high‑quality customer service through accurate parts identification, quoting, and order processing.
• Manage counter, phone, and email enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Coordinate parts availability, backorders, and lead times to support workshop and field service operations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and customer interactions across WesTrac systems.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support dispatch, delivery, and stock movement.
• Promote WesTrac parts, service offerings, and value‑added solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
• Experience in parts, customer service, sales support, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret technical information, parts diagrams, or catalogues.
• High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency with computer systems and order management platforms.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
