Junior Parts Interpreter – Wagga Wagga

Our Wagga Wagga Branch is seeking a Junior Parts Interpreter to join their growing team!

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. This role demands a proactive approach to meeting customer needs swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. With training provided, you will work alongside our team to determine availability of parts, transfer of stock and delivery of goods to customer sites. You will also be responsible for handling enquiries and performing essential warehousing duties.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Operate a forklift to perform duties such and loading and unloading
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound call management and ordering of parts
  • Interpret parts to understand what will best suit the needs of our customers
  • Engage with customers to ensure enquiries and their post purchase needs are met
  • Participate in regular stocktakes
  • Assist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching parts

Skills & Experience

  • Forklift and drivers licence C is required
  • Experience in warehousing desirable
  • Interest in mechanical and industrial products desirable
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills- MS Office & internet-based applications
  • Excellent communication skills- including written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CAT products desirable
  • Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
