Field-Service Mechanic – WesTrac CAT

Our Field-Service personnel are pivotal to providing the best customer service to clients across the state. We are on the lookout for highly competent technicians with extensive CAT maintenance experience and product knowledge to bolster our teams.

Whether it’s general repair and maintenance, diagnosing faults, servicing mining/agricultural/civil CAT machinery, leading a small team or a specialist who works well under pressure and autonomously, we have options for you.

We have field-service roles available in the following locations;

• Perth Metro – Residential / marine or extensive CAT experience required

• Bunbury, Busselton or Boddington – Residential

• Kalgoorlie – FIFO or Residential

• Tom Price – FIFO

• Karratha – FIFO

• Geraldton – Residential 

• Port Hedland - Residential or FIFO

Roster options vary dependent on role / site / location.

Not after a traditional field-service role? We also have Specialist positions available with competitive rates.

• Heavy Diesel Mechanic Specialist / Machine Rebuilds / Welshpool – Perth Based

• Auto Electrical Specialists / Machine Rebuilds / Welshpool – Perth Based

• Drill Specialist / FIFO to various client sites from Perth

• Hydraulic Mining Shovels / Diggers Specialist / FIFO to various client sites from Perth

Skills, Experience and other Requirements:

• Heavy Diesel qualification in aligned discipline to the role you have applied for

• Ability to work autonomously or lead others within a team

• Client/Customer facing experience and the ability to influence

• Role specific specialised experience on CAT traditional fleets, Drills or Diggers
