About the Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, WesTrac is seeking a detail oriented Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Based from our Tomago Head Office and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager this role provides administrative support to a medium sized team and is a key touch point for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

This role will support in day-to-day recruitment activities whilst also playing a key role in bulk recruitment projects including international recruitment drives and apprentice and graduate campaigns.

Whilst experience in an administrative or coordination role is desirable, applications from candidates with limited experience who have a genuine interest in talent acquisition will be considered.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering candidate enquiries (phone & email)
  • Booking interviews and medicals
  • Maintaining data and candidate files in various systems
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation for candidates relocating domestically and internationally
  • Assisting with candidate onboarding
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks
