As Service Pricing Officer you will be responsible for development accurate service pricing for Customer Support Agreements, Life Cycle Cost, Component Rebuild Centre and general service pricing. You will work closely with a team of various specialist resources such as Caterpillar, Sales and Support.


This is a full-time permanent position based at the WesTrac Tomago site.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

 

  • Ensuring company safety procedures, safe working practices and Life Saving Rules are followed
  • Performing appropriate risk assessments per WesTrac policy
  • Ensure all accidents/near miss incidents/hazards are submitted as per WesTrac policy
  • Quality improvement on service and operational agreements
  • Ensure contract documents reflect special terms, condition, assumptions and requests made while developing pricing

Experience and Qualifications

  • Trade certificate qualification
  • Minimum 8 years post trade experience within a relevant industry
  • Knowledge and/or experience to industry parts and service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate communication skills
  • High quality attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Organisational skills with ability to multitask
  • Exposure to WesTrac systems (desirable)
  • Experience with maintenance management for heavy mobile equipment
