About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Sales Delivery Coordinator to join our high-performing Sales Delivery team. This role is all about owning the end‑to‑end coordination of new machine deals — ensuring every customer receives a smooth, efficient and professional delivery experience.

You’ll work across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, managing timelines, documentation, costings, revenue recognition and final delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same, this is your chance to play a critical role in supporting our sales and delivery pipeline.

This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday role offering stability, variety, and the chance to truly make an impact.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of assigned machine deals from order to delivery
  • Accurately forecast key milestones and delivery dates for business reporting
  • Prepare and issue Work Packs and required documentation
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure contract requirements and timelines are achieved
  • Process cost estimates, manage revenue recognition, and oversee final invoicing
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
  • Build strong working relationships across operations, sales, and customer teams

 

What You’ll bring

  • Certificate III in Customer Service, Business Administration or experience in a similar role
  • Background in sales coordination, delivery administration, logistics support or related fields
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Confident communicator — written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to build strong internal partnerships
