About the role

 

We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Delivery Coordinator to join our New Machine Delivery team working out of either our Casula or Newcastle Branch.  

 

Reporting to the Sales Delivery Manager, the Sales Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination, processing and completion of Shop Get Ready Forms, Work Packs, Revenue Recognition and Cost Estimates for all new machine won deals submitted, through to delivery.

 

Furthermore, this role will include consultation and communication with internal stakeholders and management of customer contract requirements.

 

This position is offered as a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate and manage assigned deals throughout the build phase, including accurately forecasting completion and delivery dates for business forecast reports.
  • Ensure that all Work Packs are issued correct and on-time.
  • Proactively identify processes within the New Machine Delivery department that would benefit from improvements and recommend the appropriate action.
  • Ensure correct and efficient invoicing is completed following machine delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and other departments within the business to ensure customer requirements are met in the agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure company safety procedures, safe working practices and Life Saving Rules are strictly followed.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Cert III in Customer Service or Business Administration or experience in a similar role preferably from a sales environment.
  • Strong customer focus and passion for ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – Interpersonal, written and verbal with the ability to influence customer outcomes.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.  
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships.
