Parts Trade Assistant - Tomago

We are seeking a Parts Trade Assistant to join our team our team in Tomago. These roles support our trade-qualified professionals by ensuring the smooth flow of parts and materials throughout the workshop.


Important:
A current forklift license is required for this role.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Locating, collecting, and distributing parts using internal systems.
  • Operating a forklift to move parts and materials.
  • Cleaning and preparing work areas.
  • Managing scrap bins and workshop cleanliness.

This position follows a rotational roster, working 10.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday, alternating every two weeks between day shift and night shift OR lifestyle roster with a rotation of day shift and night shift.


Hourly rates from: $37.53+

Overtime rates from: $56.30+


Essential Criteria:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • A dedicated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook, etc.).
  • The ability to work competently unsupervised.
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Valid Drivers Licence.
