About the Opportunity
WesTrac is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Integrated Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of a planning framework that aligns business strategy with operational delivery. Based at our Tomago Head Office and reporting to a senior operational leader, this pivotal role will drive integrated planning processes across multiple business functions to optimise performance, improve forecasting accuracy and support long-term growth.
As a key leader within the business, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Parts, Service, Finance and People & Culture to establish an aligned planning cycle that balances customer demand, workforce capability, inventory requirements and operational capacity. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will support informed decision-making and enable WesTrac to continue delivering exceptional outcomes for customers across mining, construction and energy industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes across the organisation.
- Drive alignment between strategic objectives, operational plans, workforce requirements and customer demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain planning models, dashboards and performance reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to identify risks, constraints and opportunities impacting operational performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning forums and governance processes to drive accountability and alignment.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning capability, forecasting accuracy and organisational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply chain planning, operations planning or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building high-performing teams and developing planning capability.
- Advanced skills in business intelligence, reporting and planning systems, with strong Excel, Power BI, Python and data analysis expertise.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, Operations Management or a related field.
