With a growing volume of components coming through the workshop, we’re looking for skilled Hydraulic Fitters and Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our high‑performing team.

Our Hydraulics Workshop supports both our internal facilities and a broad range of external customers across NSW and the ACT. In this role, you’ll be hands‑on with the overhaul and refurbishment of key hydraulic components - including cylinders, valves, and accumulators - from both surface and underground mining equipment.

This is a great opportunity to step into a growing and well‑supported workshop environment.

Roster & remuneration 

Roster One

  • Weekend Warrior; Friday to Monday roster. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday off every week!
  • 12.5 hours, day shift only

Roster Two

  • Monday to Friday (10.5 hours)
  • 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights on rotation
  • Early finish Fridays!

*Above rates are a guide; each candidate will be assessed on skill and experience*

Skills & Experience

  • Mechanical Trade Qualification essential
  • Experience overhauling Piston Pumps and Motors is highly regarded
  • Sound working knowledge of Caterpillar equipment
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills
