We’re looking for an in-store Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face customers rely on at our Tomago branch. You’ll help deliver fast, accurate parts support, interpret customer needs, and keep our customers moving with confidence.

 

This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning on the job and enjoys turning great service into great results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, parts advice and orders.
  • Interpret customer needs and recommend the right parts and solutions.
  • Process retail transactions and manage incoming calls.
  • Keep stock moving—expedite orders and monitor inventory.
  • Follow up on quotes, enquiries and sales leads (accurate CRM entry matters!).
  • Support customers with professionalism, problem‑solving and a smile.
  • Champion continuous improvement and high‑quality service every day.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in customer service (in-store, retail, admin or phone-based).
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office + general systems).
  • An interest in technical or industrial products is a bonus—but not essential.
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
