About the role
Join a team that’s shaping the future of asset reliability in the construction industry. We’re looking for a motivated Condition Monitoring Analyst who’s passionate about using data and technology to maximise equipment performance and support our customers in making smarter maintenance decisions.
In this off‑site role, you’ll play a key part in analysing condition monitoring data across a wide range of CAT fleets. Your insights will directly help customers reduce downtime, lower operating costs, and boost machine availability. If you enjoy problem-solving, technology, and working with real impact — this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor and analyse asset health data to identify emerging issues across CAT machines.
- Use specialist software/tools to prioritise and interpret condition monitoring inputs.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to help customers optimise equipment performance.
- Prepare professional reports that demonstrate the value of condition monitoring.
- Maintain and review connected assets to ensure accurate, reliable data flow.
- Support and mentor stakeholders and customers on best practices in asset health management.
- Play an active role in supporting maintenance decisions and improving fleet performance.
What You Bring
- A qualification in mechanical/engineering discipline or a mechanical trade (desirable).
- Experience in condition monitoring, asset health, or earthmoving equipment performance (desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and interpret complex data.
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing capability.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Great organisational and time‑management skills.
