Administrator- Service Operations | Component Rebuild Centre (CRC)
About the role
WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) Branch. This role will be on a Monday-Friday fulltime basis at head office in Tomago.
The Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) is a state-of-the-art facility responsible for the reclamation and overhaul of Caterpillar components. The Administrator will ensure effective collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, leading to accurate work order management and functionality within the CRC.
Reporting to the Service Support Supervisor, the Administrator will support day-to-day operations including the dispatching of components, accurate reporting, general administrative duties and fostering ongoing process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general administrative functions including data entry, electronic filing, records management, reporting & office administration
- Carry out work order management activities including dispatching of components, purchase requisition creation, goods receipting, and relevant document flow
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful vendor resolution
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes, drive efficiencies and improve customer service
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience within an administration position
- Formal qualifications in business administration desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Computer literacy skills – MS Office & data entry
- A continuous improvement mindset
