About the opportunity
We are seeking a team orientated Administrator to join our Technology and Solutions Team at our Tomago branch in a full time permanent position. A newly created position due to growth, this will be a varied position that will see you providing a high level of administrative support to multiple managers and the wider teams, coupled with a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role responsible for general administration including:

  • Coordinating site inductions
  • Ensuring job opening and closing is completed efficiently and accurately
  • Contract Administration

About you
You are an energetic and individual with a high attention to detail and positive attitude. You thrive on assisting others and providing a high level of customer service to the business. You enjoy working in an administrative support role and enjoy the challenge of a variety of ongoing multiple tasks. The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Highly developed administrative skills with ideally 2 years previous experience within a similar role
  • Background working within the mining/construction industries
  • Excellent communication
  • customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • MS Office including proficiency with Excel pivot tables
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
