BRANCH SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR | TOMAGO

WesTrac is seeking a proactive and team-oriented Branch Support Administrator to join our dynamic Branch Support team in Tomago. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for helpdesk and operational support.

As the first point of contact for the branch, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, while supporting day-to-day administrative functions that keep our operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Branch Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing requests through the Service Work Order Helpdesk
  • Supporting operational departments and identifying improvement initiatives
  • Acting as a Super User for our ERP systems, collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Optimising DBSi processes for automation and improved workflow management
  • Delivering helpdesk reporting and trend analysis to support continuous improvement

  • Proven experience in administration within a technical or operational environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for process improvement
