WesTrac is an equipment solutions company and one of the world's leading Caterpillar Dealerships with a rich history of supporting thousands of customers across the mining and construction industries in Australia. At WesTrac our primary focus is our people. We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.

Due to expansion and accumulation of more machines and customer requirements, we have a site-based role for a Product Support Advisor within WesTrac; servicing the Greater Tom Price (GTP) Mines in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Here you will maximise operation time and product reliability by providing maintenance and technical support.

This is a hands-on role (but less tool time) which require you to carry out diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on customer Caterpillar equipment.  As an Advisor you will also be required to undertake regular equipment inspections leading by safe working practices and lifesaving rules.
