Your new role as the Field Service Plant Mechanic will report into the Field Service Supervisor. Joining  our Regional Team on a FIFO basis at our Tom Price branch.

Department Overview: Our Tom Price Branch powers the Pilbara with expert on-site CAT support. Our expert team—across FIFO and residential roles, keep machines moving and downtime minimal—tailoring solutions to meet every customer's needs.

Roster: 14 Days On, 7 Off OR 14 Days On, 14 Off OR 12 Days On, 9 Off 12.5hr days (30min unpaid meal break)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform warranty and customer repairs on CAT machinery.
• Conduct regular field service work from Tom Price Branch.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently in a team environment.
• Working on D10 and D11 Dozers, 992 Wheel Loaders, 24M Graders, and a wide range of models of Off Highway Trucks (777F - 793F)

Skills & Experience:

• Australian Recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with post-trade experience
• Prior Field Service or Regional Minesite experience maintaining similar fleet type
• Truck Licence – Min. LR, HR/MR preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Heavy equipment product knowledge – Component change out experience (desired)
