About the opportunity  

 

WesTrac is seeking two dynamic and motivated Parts Sales Coordinators to join our team at the Tamworth branch.

 

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our parts sales operations, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • You will be the first point of contact for all customers' parts orders.  
  • Inbound order call management. 
  • Data processing. 
  • Parts interpretation.
  • Follow up customer enquiries and fulfil their requirements and needs.
  • Regular Stocktakes.  
  • Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, and dispatching parts.  

Skills & Experience 

 

  • Previous experience in a high-level customer service role.
  • An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services. 
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.  
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applications. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members. 
  • Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time. 
  • Forklift and Drivers licence class C.
