Administrator- Service Operations

 

About the role

Our Tamworth branch are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a Monday-Friday fulltime basis.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator is the first point of contact for the branch.  This role will be responsible for assisting customers with enquiries and providing high quality administrative support. The successful candidate will support day to day operations, including, general administration, site mobilisations, induction requirements and fostering ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete general administration duties including data entry, filing and record management
  • Administer payroll related reporting including accurate entry, submission, and approval of timesheets
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders for purchase of goods and services
  • Arrange accommodation, travel and expense related activities for team members
  • Organise the scheduling and booking of required training and inductions for team members

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience within an administration position
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Computer literacy skills – MS Office & data entry
