PLANT MECHANIC | CASULA

Are you ready to take your CAT expertise to the next level? Our Casula team are seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic to join our high-performing Rebuilds team.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will specialise in the overhaul and maintenance of quarry and civil CAT machinery. From excavators to dozers and scrapers, you will work alongside our team to ensure machines are running at peak performance and meet CAT standards.

This role will see you rebuilding components, replacing worn or damaged parts, and conducting repairs covered under warranty agreements. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to apply your technical expertise in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Roster & Remuneration

• Monday- Friday, day shift only
• Hourly rates from $44+
• Overtime rates from $67+

What we're looking for

• Australian recognised Mechanical trade qualification
• Caterpillar product knowledge and maintenance experience
• Heavy Industry experience
• Unrestricted Drivers Licence
• Solutions focused mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Close attention to detail and ability to perform tasks to meet Caterpillar quality standards
• Excellent attitude to your work, and dedication to safe work practices
