WesTrac | Casula Field Service

Due to ongoing growth and an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our Casula team.

Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will provide onsite maintenance, repairs, diagnostics and inspections on Caterpillar equipment across a diverse customer base throughout the Sydney region. This role offers a high level of autonomy, variety and customer interaction while working with some of the most advanced equipment in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Perform field service repairs, servicing and maintenance on CAT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Complete machine inspections and condition reports.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support onsite.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and reporting.

What You'll Bring

• Australian recognised Mobile Plant cert III trade qualification.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability.
• Previous field service or mobile maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships.
• Experience using CAT ET, SIS or similar diagnostic systems.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
