About the Opportunity

Join the WesTrac team as a Parts Representative at one of our Syndey Branches! We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to be the face of our parts sales operations.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our part sales operations and will work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support branch success
  • Handle inbound order calls, process data, and interpret parts requirements
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to meet their needs
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts

 

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
  • Forklift licence and warehousing experience desirable
  • An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services 
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members
