What You’ll Do

  • Rebuilds, strip downs and reassembly of CAT equipment and components
  • Diagnostics, inspections and quality checks
  • Scheduled maintenance and adjustments
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop
  • Working closely with supervisors and teammates

 

What you’ll bring

  • Australian‑recognised mechanical trade (e.g., Cert III Mobile Plant)
  • Certificate of Proficiency (can be obtained during recruitment if required)
  • Experience with electric drive equipment (desirable but not essential if you’re eager to learn)
  • Strong diagnostic capability
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
