Storeperson - Leading Hand - FIFO

Reporting into the Parts Supervisor, the Store person – Leading Hand, will join our Port Hedland Branch in a Full-Time FIFO capacity. This role involves assisting with overseeing a team, completing daily tasks such as picking and packing customer orders, Radio Frequency (RF) scanning, forklift operating and processing customer order data into the Warehouse Management Systems.

Our Port Hedland team provide Cat machinery solutions to suit any earthmoving business including both new and used equipment sales, heavy equipment rental, as well as parts, servicing and merchandise.
Roster: 14 days on, 7 Days Off - 12.5 hours/ day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- General Warehousing Duties
- Forklift Operation
- Picking and Packing and processing customer order data
- Stock checking and inventory control
- Hose building
- Process efficiency reviews
- Inspection of remanufactured parts according to CAT criteria
Skills & Experience:
- Forklift Licence and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role will guide you to success
- Positive attitude with great attention to detail
- Computer literacy - inclusive of MS Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with SAP (Desirable)
- Customer service experience (Desirable)
