Parts Supervisor

Are you ready to utilise your extensive warehousing and logistics knowledge to lead and inspire a dynamic team in Port Hedland? As the Parts Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Parts Warehouse, ensuring we meet our business objectives.
This residential role offers a housing and relocation package for the right candidate.
Location: Port Hedland, WA - Residential
Roster: Monday – Friday, 10.5-hour days
About the Role:
- Provide leadership and support to Team Leaders and extended team members, coaching on warehousing best practices.
- Ensure all incidents and hazards are reported as per WesTrac’s policy.
- Monitor team performance through regular meetings, reviews, and coaching.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop business cases for approval.
- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Parts Warehouse.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive logistics and warehousing experience, including a significant experience leading a mid-large workforce (10-30 employees).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Lean Warehousing Principles.
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics (desirable).
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge of WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) legislation and its application in a warehouse environment.
