Technology Planner

Reporting into The Technology Operations Support Manager, the Technology Planner will join our Team on a full-time basis at our Perth Precinct. This role involves creating and maintaining the short-term plan and forecast for multiple customers and sites that are serviced by Technology Service Operations.

Roster: Monday – Friday 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and maintain an up-to-date plan for technology projects, installations, Caterpillar updates, and labour support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure resources and schedule are aligned.
  • Identify potential risks to the plan, evaluate their impact, and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives to tackle market challenges.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings to make sure actions are completed and future work is achievable.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience scheduling and planning people & resources for equipment maintenance in the mining industry.
  • Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Project)
  • Advanced communication skills – written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
