Technology Parts and Repairs Coordinator

Reporting to the Technology Planning Supervisor, the Technology Parts and Repairs Coordinator will join on a Full-Time basis at our Perth Airport Branch. This role involves coordinating the end-to-end repair process for Technology Components, including receival, assessment, quoting, and purchase order management. It involves tracking and communicating repair status, managing work orders and invoicing, and supporting the staging and dispatch of parts for Technology Installations.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the Technology Component Repair (TCR) process, ensuring efficient turnaround times within your span of control.
- Adhere to established guidelines for customer communication and feedback throughout the TCR process.
- Provide support to the Technology WIP Coordinator to enhance warehousing and staging efficiencies.
- Manage the full TCR work order cycle, including follow-up on purchasing documentation and timely closeout of WIP.
- Monitor and report on the status of all TCRs from initial receipt through to final dispatch to clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work successfully within a team, autonomously and with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
- High level attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage time effectively
- Minimum 3 year’s stores / warehouse receivals, processing and dispatch experience (desired)
- Forklift License (Desired)
