Reporting to the Business Improvement Advisor, we are seeking a motivated and driven Vacation Student to join us as a Project Officer in our Sales and Operations team on a fixed-term basis at our Perth Branch.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating various business and customer improvement initiatives. You will take measurements and document operational areas for mapping and planning, assist with internal and external auditing data, and support meeting setups, notes, and presentations.

Location: Reid Road, Perth Precinct

 

 

To be successful within the role: 

 

  • Be in your penultimate year of university, studying business, engineering, or project management.

  • Have strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).

  • Possess excellent time management, planning, and organisational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Exhibit strong relationship-building skills to maintain connections with key stakeholders.

  • Show proficiency in consultation, negotiation, and facilitation to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, with the ability to analyse problems and provide suitable recommendations/solutions.

  • Work well both independently and as part of a team.
