Parts Sales Coordinator

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager – Flexi Parts, the Parts Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to both external and internal customers. This position involves a comprehensive approach to customer satisfaction and effective parts sales coordination.

 

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: FlexiParts (Perth Airport, WA)

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end parts sales, including quoting, order processing, and inventory decisions
  • Maximise ROI on used machines by cataloguing components and selecting optimal sales paths
  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with vendors to enhance product offerings and maintain positive partnerships
  • Drive growth in parts and service sales across local, national, and international markets
  • Support custom solutions beyond standard dealership scope, including axle group exchanges and certified transport frames
  • Track and recover outstanding core returns, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
  • Prepare for succession into a senior role, contributing to long-term team leadership and strategy

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven previous experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in conflict resolution with ability to navigate challenging situations
  • Exceptional communication proficiency (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Competent in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, with a proven record of data entry across various systems
  • Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in high-pressure settings
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of mechanics or automotive/mining industry experience is desirable
