Working within our Sales Execution team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of Caterpillar machine sales while developing valuable skills in commercial operations, sales support, pricing, contract administration, and stakeholder management.
Roster – 5 Days, 8.5 Hrs/Day
This is a detail-intensive, process-driven position where accuracy, organisation and analytical thinking are essential. You'll help coordinate the delivery of new machine orders while also supporting the timely creation of quotations, pricing structures, and commercial documentation that enable our sales teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate new machine sales contracts from order creation through to delivery and final invoicing.
- Support customer quotes and tenders through pricing build-ups, cost estimates and commercial analysis.
- Maintain quote templates and pricing packages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date commercial data.
- Validate costs, margins, invoicing and asset data to support accurate business decisions.
- Partner with Product Managers and sales teams to support machine sales across multiple markets.
- Review contracts and pricing changes, resolving issues that impact profitability or customer outcomes.
- Manage multiple systems to ensure compliance, quality control and seamless order execution.
This role has a direct financial impact, requiring strong attention to detail and accountability, as even small errors can influence margins and overall business performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data, pricing information and commercial documentation confidently.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Interest in commercial operations, sales support and developing a career in business.
