MineStar Sales Coordinator

Reporting into the MineStar Solutions Manager, the MineStar Sales Coordinator will join our team on a Full-Time basis at our Perth Airport Branch. This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for customers, interpreting parts requirements, and preparing quotations for MineStar Solutions hardware and software agreements. It requires collaboration with the Engineering Team to ensure accuracy in quoting, particularly for First in Class products using agreed Bills of Materials. The coordinator supports improved customer experience by meeting service level expectations and enabling the Specialist team to focus on sales engagement.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare quotes for technology products and services using Standard Jobs in PSQ.
  • Ensure accuracy of parts, BOMs, and services in both standard and first-in-class quotes.
  • Manage purchase orders and job initiation, ensuring compliance and readiness for execution.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Solutions Specialists to quote first-in-class installations.
  • Maintain and follow up on the Sales and Opportunity Pipeline in line with agreed processes.
  • Triage Zendesk enquiries to ensure timely and efficient customer support within SLAs.
  • Support Solutions Specialists by compiling proposal and tender content using approved branding.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for team software systems and develop process documentation.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in construction, mining, or related sectors, with operational knowledge preferred
  • Understanding of Fleet Management and Guidance Systems is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar MineStar Technology is beneficial
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively across multiple locations
