Our Perth Branch based at Reid Road is looking for their next Material Logistics Coordinator to join the team!

 

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team by overseeing the procurement of all parts and materials essential for work orders immediately upon Fitting order release. You'll expedite approved goods, ensuring swift delivery, and meticulously handle the quarantine process for items crucial to new machine builds.

 

Location: Perth Airport (Reid Road)

 

Roster: 5/2 10.5hrs (Permanent Full-Time)

 

To be successful the following is required: 

  • Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role is advantageous.
  • Mechanical aptitude, keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret mechanical and technical information.
  • Effective communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles (e.g., budgeting, forecasting)
  • Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office, internet-based applications
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
