Reporting to the Retail Business Development Lead – CI, our Internal Sales Support team is essential for driving sales and building relationships. This role involves managing leads from digital channels, walk-ins, and phone inquiries, and proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads for Cat® and dealer solutions. Qualified leads are handed over to the sales team.

Location: Reid Road Branch, Perth Airport

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8 hour/days (Permanent Full Time)

To be successful the following is advantageous: 

• Experience operating construction equipment or a mechanical trade qualification, or a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, or Business, with an interest in construction equipment.
• Intermediate computer literacy skills, particularly with MS Office.
• Understanding of the basic dynamics of equipment operation and design, and product applications.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Full WA Driver’s Licence.
