Customer Coordinator

Reporting to the Technology Operations Support Manager, the Technology Customer Coordinator will be accountable for providing the complete customer care experience in regard to WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries.

 

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: Anderson Place (Perth Airport, WA)

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the Technology Team
  • Coordinate scope, scheduling, pricing, and invoicing to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage work orders and parts including ordering, tracking, warranty, and handling variations
  • Control costs and resolve invoice disputes (rework, warranty, post-sale credits)
  • Investigate customer needs and provide solutions that add value to both the customer and WesTrac
  • Liaise with internal teams and external customers across warranty, parts, commercials, and branches
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with work order management system
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
