Reporting to the Planning Supervisor for New Machines, the Customer Coordinator is accountable for the ‘ownership of the customer experience’ by providing the complete customer care experience in regards to WesTrac Construction New Machine delivery’s. 

 

As the single point of contact between internal sales representatives and the New Machine workshop, the Customer Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the scope, scheduling and invoicing of the work required, whilst ensuring that the customer’s New Machine build requirements are achieved with agreed timeframe and budget.
 
Paramount to the functionality of this position is requirement to ensure that the customer needs are investigated thoroughly, and the solutions offered add value to both the customer and WesTrac, thereby ensuring customer relationship longevity.
 
Location: Perth Precinct (Reid Road – Airport)
 
Roster: 5 Days 2 Off – 10.5HRS (Full-Time Fixed Term 12 months)
 
To be successful the following is required: 
•    Previous experience within a customer service role 
•    Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly 
•    Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
•    Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
•    Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information quickly
•    Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
•    Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
•    Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
