Are you looking for a career working on Caterpillar and other OEM equipment but don’t have the certification to apply as a HD Plant Mechanic? Whether you're an experienced trades assistant, been in a mechanical industry or handy on the tools, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team at our state-of-the-art Perth Airport facility.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to grow their skills starting in undercarriage repairs — all in a supportive, safety-first environment.

 

Roster: 5 On, 2 Off – 10 hrs/day OR 4 On, 3 Off – 12 hrs/day 

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn to rebuild and overhaul Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar heavy earthmoving undercarriage frames
  • Perform component repairs while assisting our trade persons
  • Collaborate with a skilled team focused on safety and quality
  • Be trained on high risk equipment used in our industry
  • Enjoy flexible roster options to support your lifestyle

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong team player with a commitment to safety
  • Experience in a similar industry with a sound understanding of mechanical practices
  • Previous rebuild/overhaul experience (highly regarded)
