CI Sales Coordinator

Reporting into Sales Execution Supervisor, the Sales Coordinator will join our Sales Execution Team on a Full-Time basis at our Perth Airport Branch. This role involves the co-ordination and administration of new machine orders from contract review through to delivery, including consulting and communicating with cross-functional teams and may specialise according to a particular product, market segmentation or machine group.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours/day (including meal break)

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to validate contracts, review machine orders, parts availability, and workshop readiness.
  • Prepare the Shop Get Ready form within SLA by verifying quote accuracy and ensuring all contract, program, and policy conditions are met.
  • Re-cost and analyse contract variations requested by management or sales and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with customer contracts.
  • Raise sales journals and report machine deliveries to CAT within SLA.
  • Process CAT claims and review credit estimates in line with business SLAs and policies.
  • Finalise cost of sale vs cost estimates review and complete final margin reconciliation.
  • Assist the delivery team to ensure full and on-time delivery meets customer expectation

 

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years Experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to consult, negotiate, build relationships, and influence across teams.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing workloads and meet tight deadlines.
