Reporting to the Retail Business Development Lead – CI, the Retail Business Development Representative (RBDR) is essential for driving sales and building relationships. This role involves managing and qualifying leads from our digital channels, walk-ins, and phone inquiries, and proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads for Cat® machinery and dealer solutions.

 

 

Location: Reid Road Branch, Perth Airport

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8 hour/days (Permanent Full Time)

 

 

To be successful the following is required: 

 

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related technical discipline (desired not essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, particularly with MS Office.
  • Strong technical language skills for writing routine reports, effective correspondence, and speaking over the phone.
  • Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as averages, percentages, geometry, and statistics.
  • Advanced attention to detail skills with the capability to prepare complex documentation.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
  • Ability to work successfully both within a team and independently.
  • Full WA Driver’s Licence.
