Asset Maintenance Scheduler

Reporting to the CVA and Condition Monitoring Supervisor, the Asset Maintenance Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and cost-effectiveness of assets under FitFleet agreements. This position is responsible for planning, tracking, and scheduling all required service events to maintain optimal asset performance and compliance.

 

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: Perth Branch (Perth Airport, WA)

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, track, and schedule all required service events to maintain asset performance and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records for CVA registration, service compliance, and performance tracking
  • Ensure maintenance activities are executed on time and within agreed cost parameters
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to support adherence to FitFleet contractual obligations
  • Assist the CVA & Condition Monitoring Supervisor in developing effective maintenance strategies
  • Identify and support opportunities to grow CVA coverage through proactive engagement
  • Contribute to improved asset reliability, reduced downtime, and enhanced customer satisfaction

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or maintenance environments, ideally 3–5 years,
  • Exposure to planning or scheduling functions, or progression from administrative roles into technical support, showing adaptability and learning capacity
  • Familiarity with contract management and planning software (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to handle competing priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail with a mindset for continuous improvement and process optimisation
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build effective working relationships
  • Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office and internet-based applications
