Administrator - Technology

Reporting to the Technology Area Manager, you’ll play a key part in keeping our team running smoothly. As the Administrator – Technology, you’ll be the go-to person for coordination, compliance, and support, ensuring our people and processes are set up for success.

 

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: Perth Precinct (Perth Airport, WA)

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Keep the team organised: manage rosters, training records, qualifications, and audits (Safety, Quality, CPS, CC)
  • Support mobilisation: oversee inductions, timesheets, and site requirements
  • Drive efficiency: handle work orders, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing
  • Stay on top of supplies: manage PPE, uniforms, and stationery
  • Be the connector: deliver excellent customer service and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pitch in where needed: provide support across branches and locations

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven admin experience (2+ years) with strong organisational skills
  • Great communicator: confident in written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions
  • Customer-focused: able to build strong relationships and deliver service excellence
  • Tech savvy: advanced MS Office skills and comfort with internet-based applications
  • Detail-oriented: sharp eye for accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Adaptable team player: thrives independently and collaboratively
  • Mobilisation experience: highly regarded but not essential
