Reporting to the Technology Area Manager, the Technology Administrator will be responsible for all administrative activities, in line with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures. Duties will include but not limited to general administration, induction requirements, ensuring timesheets are correctly entered, work order activities and quality assurance and continuous improvement.

 

Location: Technology Department, Perth Airport - Anderson Place, WA

Roster: Monday - Friday 8hrs (Permanent Full-Time)

 

To be successful the following is required:

  • Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or Several years’ experience working in a similar level influencing role
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated experience with mobilisation, quality assurance and purchase to payment experience.
  • Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
