Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting to Area Manager Customer Service and Logistics, the Administrator – Service Operations you'll be responsible for ensuring our showroom and retail areas are well-presented, organised, and customer-focused while providing exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday offering either a 6.5- or 8.5-hour day excluding meal break

 

Location: Perth Precinct

 

What you’ll do:

  • Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service
  • Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases
  • Maintaining showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Supporting stock control and stocktaking activities
  • Processing orders and coordinating inventory requirements
  • Assisting with branch administration and store documentation
  • Participating in store meetings and supporting operational activities
  • Working closely with the branch team to ensure a seamless customer experience

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with stock management, stocktaking or inventory processes
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
  • Knowledge of retail or shop-front operations
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Parts, warehousing or inventory exposure
  • Experience supporting ordering or purchasing activities
